At Great Impact, we deliver effective promotional product solutions with excellent project performance.

In order to achieve this, it’s important for us to understand each client’s expectations and create a process and a communications plan. When a client comes to us with a project, we ask many questions to gain a clear understanding of the client’s needs. Then we build and manage the perfect solution to fit the client’s goals.

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned as an entrepreneur is the value of our team. My team and I bring integrity; the importance of relationships, service and achievement; and a sense of adventure to work every day.

One of the biggest lessons I have learned is the value of communication coupled with listening when it comes to developing quality relationships with our clients and among our team members.

In the beginning, it is also helpful to know what you want to build with your company. This idea should turn into a complete business plan that includes sales, marketing, cash flow and operations.

With this information in hand, it was very easy to translate our plan into a mission statement, which has helped guide us through all the opportunities as well as pitfalls that have come our way.
