Starting a business in the maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) industry, the single biggest challenge we faced was changing customers’ views about how MRO can be performed. We’ve learned that our business model is sound and that once put into practice, our customers quickly become our best salespeople.
We’ve also learned it’s best to understand our scope and the scope of others and always strive to expand both without exceeding the limits of either. That means our team doesn’t try to be something it isn’t. We know our core competencies and what we do best. We also know our customers intimately and understand what they do best and how best to serve them in keeping their operations up and running.
The success of KRUE Industrial can be attributed to three things:
- Understanding, pursuing and maintaining partnerships. We engage with companies and individuals who understand our business model and take pride in their role in achieving mutual growth. This includes our employees, manufacturers, suppliers, integration teams, banks, associations and nonprofit organizations.
