“Focused on your vision.”

We are a Native American Indian-owned business specializing in general contracting. At our company, we take a thoughtful and careful approach to each and every one of our projects because we want our customers to be satisfied with our service. Central to our business operations are assessing and managing risk.

As a business owner, you have to understand the ramifications of the decisions you make — they can make or break your company. If you understand the risks and you measure them carefully, you can make the decisions that will help your business succeed.

The biggest challenge we faced as a company was sustaining work through the economic downturn. There are many general contractors out there, so we learned to be more creative in our approach. When it comes to the ever-changing business landscape, you learn to adapt quickly. When times were tough, we focused on doing the best we could while keeping the satisfaction of our customers in the forefront.

We also have four core values that guide our operations: trust, hard work, professionalism and honesty. We live and practice these core values every day on the job site, which I believe has contributed to the success of the business.
